I offer lectures on the topics of change management, leadership and motivation. In doing so, it is particularly one thing that motivates me: to present well-founded, theoretically and practically based contents with humor and depth, making people remember them. Only if the audience is touched contextually and emotionally, there is a realization and the topic remains in memory.

My lectures are spiced with many practical experiences, which I was able to collect as a manager, coach and trainer during my work in more than 15 countries.
Entertainment is important to me, but it must not be self-purpose.
So I clearly set myself apart from lectures, which are more about the speaker rather than the content and topics that their listeners have to deal with.

Coaching

Effective encounters in coaching lead to the desirable further development with respect to vocational and personal issues

My procedure is oriented on what you need in order to benefit from the effective coaching. My coaching is effective since it is competent and based on clearly defined goals, trust, humor and commitment. Together, we will find out at a first interview what you wish to achieve and how I can support you in this process.

Then we will determine the further procedure (number of appointments and duration of the process). An initial relevant progress can already be seen after 3-5 conversations. If you wish to expand your own thought and behavior repertoire in the long term, we often suggest that you attend 8-10 appointments.

Together we determine what suits you.

With your openness, your time and your readiness to work on your development even between the coaching dates, you will contribute to the success. This success is not to be determined in every detail beforehand, but it arises in dialogue.

From appointment to appointment, from topic to topic

I will bring in my competence according to your needs and open new perspectives by asking questions and providing feedback. Where appropriate, I will make a critical analysis and openly discuss my impressions with you. Apart from numerous educational trainings and certifications, the quality of my coaching is characterized by leadership experience and the many coaching meetings, which I was able to organize with my clients thanks to my years of expertise as a coach.

Organisational design

Effective encounters shape the culture of a company and are, vice versa, shaped by the company’s culture.

If you wish to keep organizations focused on the future, you need basic and comprehensive knowledge on how culture arises in organizations and by what it can be shaped.

For this purpose, it is necessary to have an eye on the company, its markets, its environment and its employees and to emotionally and analytically comprehend them. On this basis, we will jointly create design systems for successful changing processes.

These include diverse state-of-the-art methods of change management, corporate communications, event design and the moderation of strategic workshops or town hall meetings.

Team development

Effective encounters in teams form the basis for successful cooperation

Teams have common goals that are achieved through the contribution of everyone.

Team development makes it possible to recognize differences and similarities, establish confidence and make common interests become apparent.

A successful team development at first reveals the specifics of your team, respects the differences and determines what topics you have to concretely address in order to be more successful as a team. An effective team development thereby arises as a result of a high diagnostic competence on the basis of which we recognize what internal or external factors lead to the current behavior of the team.

Together with you, I identify the success factors for an even better cooperation of your team. These may lie in the field of human relations, the role distribution or the objective set by the team.

Who is this consultant and why do my clients want to work with me?

My particular strength lies in combining skills, which is done by only a few other coaches.

Through my studies of social sciences, for example, I developed an enormously helpful capability of abstraction, so that I can quickly identify and name dynamics.

The language lover

Language is the reification of our thoughts. It enables us to have an even deeper access to our thoughts and emotions. Our language determines our thinking and is therefore highly effective and somehow magical.

It drives me to spark the magic of language.

I find it particularly effective to transform highly complex contexts into the respective language of the person opposite me. So I can not only transport these in a way that is easy to understand, I can also gain an insight into the person’s world of experience. And it does not play a role with what kind of person and profession I deal with.

The human being

In my different fields of activity, two hearts merge which also characterize me as a person.

On the one hand, I love to work highly successfully and highly professionally, with a clear focus on implementation.

On the other hand, it is also very important for me that there is also room for personal development, true encounter and moments of relaxation, reflection and playing.

Effective encounters in my life are characterized by the fact that I unify both sides and that I am grateful for every trace that a person – whether client or private – leaves in my life or which I can leave in another person’s life.
